Acoustics

Performing noise mapping and modelization

GREFEMA conducts noise maps in many areas and sectors, from the modeling of acoustic impact of transport infrastructure road, rails and airports, the performance of acoustic maps within industries or musical events.

Identification and differentiation of noise sources.

Before attempting to solve any problems acoustic, the first step should always be the identification of the problem, in this case the noise source. GREFEMA worked on identifying sources of noise in many different areas, from the conventional rail trains and high-speed performance of the noise maps, as in industrial environments to distinguish the noise emitted by different parts of a machine.

Architectural Acoustics and acoustic conditioning of rooms

GREFEMA has worked on improving the quality of acoustic enclosures, studying the influence of the absorption of the room reverberation time and intelligibility. Further work has been reached on the improvement of open spaces for acoustic music events, optimizing the quality and levels of listening.
